2. Product Information

• Made-to-Order Gowns: All made-to-order gowns are crafted based on the size and customization details provided by the customer. Production timelines are 8–16 weeks, and all sales of made-to-order gowns are final.
• Standard Size Gowns: Gowns purchased in standard sizes are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Accuracy: We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to screen settings or the handmade nature of the products.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Currency: All prices are listed in SGD unless otherwise specified.
• Taxes and Duties: International customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by their country.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via Mastercard and Visa. All payments must be completed at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Order Processing: Standard orders will be processed within 3 business days. Made-to-order gowns will require 4–6 weeks for production.
• Delivery Times: Estimated delivery timelines vary by destination and are listed in our Shipping Policy.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping fees, unless otherwise stated. Any customs delays or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.

5. Geographical Restrictions

• Rental and try-on services are exclusively available for customers residing in or visiting Singapore.
• These services are not available for international customers or deliveries outside of Singapore.

6. Eligibility

• Rental and Try On customers must provide a valid Singapore address for verification purposes.

7. Returns and Exchanges

• Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted only for gowns with manufacturing defects, provided the item is unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.
• Process: Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving their order to initiate a return or exchange. Refer to our Return Policy for details.

8. Customization and Alterations

• Accuracy of Measurements: Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements for custom gowns. We are not liable for issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
• Alterations: Alterations are not included in the price of the gown and must be arranged separately by the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is the property of Laceywedding and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

• No Guarantee of Fit: While we strive to provide accurate sizing and high-quality craftsmanship, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit due to variations in body shapes.
• Damages: We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
