Order Time Frame and Shipping Policy
At Laceywedding, we aim to deliver your dream wedding gown with care and efficiency. Below are our shipping policies, including lead times and costs for international orders:
Order Processing Time
- Standard Size Gowns (No Customization): Processing time is 4 weeks.
- Made-to-Order Gowns: Processing time is 8–16 weeks, including production and thorough quality checks to ensure perfection.
Shipping Lead Times
Once your gown is completed and ready to ship, the following delivery timelines apply based on your location:
- Asia: 5–10 business days
- United States, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and rest of the world: 7–15 business days
Shipping Costs
- Singapore : $10 for standard delivery, $20 for express delivery
- Rest of the World: $30 for standard delivery, $60 for express delivery
Customs and Import Duties
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country, so please consult your local customs office for more information.
