Order Processing Time
- Standard Size Gowns (No Customization): Processing time is 4 weeks.
- Made-to-Order Gowns: Processing time is 8–16 weeks, including production and thorough quality checks to ensure perfection.
Shipping Lead Times
Once your gown is completed and ready to ship, the following delivery timelines apply based on your location:
- United States: 7–10 business days
- Canada: 8–12 business days
- Europe: 10–14 business days
- Australia/New Zealand: 8–12 business days
- Asia: 6–10 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days (depending on customs and location)
Shipping Costs
- United States & Canada: $50 USD flat rate
- Europe: $70 USD flat rate
- Australia/New Zealand: $60 USD flat rate
- Asia: $40 USD flat rate
- Rest of the World: $80 USD flat rate
