Welcome to Laceywedding! We’re here to help you with any questions you may have about purchasing your dream wedding gown. Below are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.

1. Ordering and Customization

Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can place an order directly on our website by selecting your desired gown, size, and any custom options, then proceeding to checkout.

Q: Do you offer custom gowns?
A: Yes, we offer custom-made gowns to your exact measurements and preferences. Contact us at hello@laceywedding.com to discuss your requirements.

Q: Can I order a gown in a standard size?
A: Absolutely! If you prefer not to customize, you can select from our range of standard sizes.

Q: How long does it take to process an order?
A: Standard size gowns are processed within 4 weeks. Made-to-order or custom gowns require 8–16 weeks for production and quality checks.

Q: Are rental and try-on services available outside of Singapore?
A: Our rental and try-on services are exclusively available within Singapore. Unfortunately, we do not offer these services for international customers at this time.

2. Shipping

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and lead times depend on your location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

Q: How long will it take to receive my gown?
A: After processing, shipping lead times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–10 business days
  • Canada: 8–12 business days
  • Europe: 10–14 business days
  • Asia: 6–10 business days
  • Australia/New Zealand: 8–12 business days

Q: Will I need to pay customs or duties?
A: International customers may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

3. Returns and Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange my gown?
A: As all our gowns are custom-made including standard size gowns, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a defect. 

Q: What if my gown arrives damaged or defective?
A: If your gown arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us immediately at hello@Laceywedding.com with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no extra cost.

4. Sizing and Alterations

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Refer to our detailed Size Guide on the product page. If you're unsure, we recommend ordering a custom gown tailored to your measurements.

Q: What if my gown doesn’t fit perfectly?
A: Minor alterations may be needed to achieve a perfect fit, which is common for wedding gowns. Alteration costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Q: Can I change my measurements after placing a custom order?
A: Changes to measurements can be made within 48 hours of placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if adjustments are needed.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard)

Q: Can I see the gowns in person?
A: Currently, we operate exclusively online. However, we provide detailed photos and descriptions to help you make an informed decision and our try on appointments for new collections.

Q: Do you offer sample try-ons?
A: Yes! We offer a home try-on program for selected gowns. 

Q: How do I care for my gown?
A: We recommend professional dry cleaning for your gown. Store it in a breathable garment bag in a cool, dry place to maintain its quality.
