Return and Exchange Policy

At Laceywedding, we are committed to ensuring you are delighted with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below for details on how to proceed if you are not fully satisfied with your wedding gown.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We understand that purchasing a wedding gown is a significant decision. To maintain the quality of our gowns, we offer returns and exchanges if there is a manufacturing defect.  Gowns with signs of wear, alterations, or damage will not be eligible for defect-related claims.

 

2. Return and Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us:
    • Email us at hello@laceywedding.com within 3 days of receiving your gown. Include your order number, a detailed reason for the exchange, and photographs of the gown defects.
  2. Return Confirmation:
    • Once we review your request, we will provide detailed return instructions. Customers must confirm the return shipping cost with us before sending the gown back.
  3. Inspection and Refund:
    • Upon receiving the gown, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved:
      • A replacement gown (excluding original shipping fees) will be processed within 5 business days.
      • The replacement gown will be expedited and delivered within 1 to 2 months.
      • Customers will initially cover the return shipping cost. If our inspection confirms a manufacturing defect, we will reimburse the return shipping fee.

3. International Orders

For international customers:

  • Customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please note that customs delays or fees may apply during the return process, and we cannot guarantee processing times for international returns.

4. Important Notes

  • We recommend shipping gowns back using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Gowns with signs of wear, alterations, or damage will not be eligible for defect-related claims.
